As an Ocean enthusiast, nature lover, and avid fitness devotee, she makes time to take care of herself so that she’s energized, empowered and a driving force to achieve MORE for her clients.

Susan has mastered the art of time-management AND maintaining the healthy body, healthy brain link. After watching entrepreneurs burn out, drowning in the day-to-day operations of their business, she wants them to know that there IS a better way.

People suffer from exhaustion, feel detached from their goals, are overwhelmed by their daily projects, and lose enthusiasm for their business when they are engulfed in the tasks that are stealing time from nurturing their business and taking care of themselves.
